T-SERIES TO BE PHASED OUT
To make it easier and more convenient for customers to identify and select the protection solutions they need, we are streamlining our portfolio of midsized Air Conditioners. We will be phasing out a portion of the T-Series family, the T29, T43, T50 and T53 air conditioner range will be obsoleted as of:
The highly recommended substitutes for each of these ranges in our global product portfolio are as follows:
- The G28, N28, N36, N43, G52 and G57 air conditioner families will act as substitutes to the T-Series range.
- Please Note that this does not include DATACOM solutions.
During the interim transition period, we will work closely with customers to provide support. Below you will find more details.

WHEN AND HOW WILL T-SERIES BE PHASED OUT?
The T29-T53 air conditioner range will be phased out for all markets as follows:

- Ongoing projects for customized T-Series products will be reviewed with customers to assess and define the transition timeline and conditions.

WHICH SPECIFIC ENCLOSURES WILL BE PHASED OUT? AND WHAT ARE THE RECOMMENDED SUBSTITUTES?
Please download our T-Series to G-Series or N-Series cross-reference. As of June 1, 2023, nVent HOFFMAN will no longer maintain stock of T29-T53, we will continue to service and provide replacement parts for legacy items in the field for up to 5 years as supplies allow.

ARE THERE DIMENSION, DESIGN OR OTHER DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE PRODUCTS BEING PHASED OUT AND THEIR SUBSTITUTES?
Yes, there are slight differences between some of the models and their substitutes. The main differences are listed below.
Height, Width, and Depth
Optional Plenum Adaptors will be provided any time a discontinued T-Series needs to be replaced by an N-Series or G-Series. Please note, the Cooling capacity and ratings of the substitute ACs are the same or better as the discontinued T-Series.
