COOLING RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (Repair Only)
We offer diagnostic and repair services on HOFFMAN air conditioner units at our Anoka MN manufacturing facility. This service is available to US customers.
In order for us to issue an RGA, we will need ALL of the following information for each item that is to be returned.
For non-warranty units, there is a diagnostic fee of $300.00 USD.
Please note that on the No Fault Found (NFF) or Customer Fault Found (CFF) diagnosis for units that fall within the warranty period, there will be a diagnostic fee of $300.00 USD.
